The villa sleeps four people in two spacious bedrooms. The main bedroom has a four-poster king-sized double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have under-floor heating and air-conditioning.

A spacious open-plan living and dining area has comfortable couches and a large log-burning central fireplace, perfect for those cozy red-wine winter evenings. There is a large flat screen television set, with satellite dish, a sound system, and internet connectivity. French doors open off the living area onto a secluded wooden deck with a swimming pool, four comfortable loungers, a barbecue area and a driving range. The deck also has an outdoor bath and a shower, both with hot water.

The modern kitchen has top quality finishes and is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is a fridge/freezer, an electric hob and oven, and a microwave oven. The villa is fully serviced daily.
